Scheduling Your Session
I recommend booking your sessions as soon as your travel dates are confirmed, especially if you're traveling during peak seasons such as fall, winter, spring break, spring training, or holidays.
Arizona's beautiful desert light is one of the reasons families love having their portraits taken here. Outdoor sessions are scheduled around sunrise or golden hour at sunset, when the light is soft, warm, and magical.
For sunset sessions, we'll plan around the sunset time during your visit. If you're an early riser or are visiting during the summer, sunrise sessions offer beautiful light and often a quieter, more peaceful experience.
Weekend sessions are available regularly, with select weekday availability when scheduled in advance. We will be sure to choose a day that fits best into your plans!

Some Arizona locations require permits or have additional fees for professional photography. If your chosen location requires one, the permit or location fee will be the responsibility of the client and is not included in your session collection. I'll help you choose a location that fits your family's style and the Arizona scenery you're hoping to capture.
3. Plan your session
We will work together to capture the perfect memories from your trip! We'll coordinate the best date, time, outfits, and any other key details.
4. Enjoy your session
I'll guide you through your session using poses and prompts while capturing genuine moments happening naturally between them.
5. Take home the memories
Your finished images will be delivered through a private online gallery so you can relive your Arizona vacation long after you've returned home.
How Booking Works:
A $50 nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your session date. Once your date is secured, we'll begin planning the details of your session so we can create images that feel personal and meaningful to your family.
For The Keepsake Collection, your fully edited gallery will be delivered within approximately 3 weeks of your session date since all final images are included.
For the Moments and Memories Collections, you will receive a proof gallery of lightly edited images within approximately one week of your session. From there, you'll select your favorite images included with your collection, and I will complete the final editing process before delivering your finished gallery within approximately 2 weeks of receiving your selections.
Your collection must be selected prior to your session. If you choose the Moments or Memories Collections, additional images may be purchased for $15 per image, or you may upgrade to the full gallery:
- Memories Collection upgrade: $300
- Moments Collection upgrade: $400
The Keepsake Collection offers the full gallery at a discounted rate when selected before your session. Gallery upgrade discounts cannot be applied after the proof gallery has been delivered.
